Sheila Dixit - CM of Delhi Fined 3000 rupees

* Delhi high court has issued a fine of ruppes 3000/- on the Delhi CM Sheila Dixit.
* She fails to give her reply to the court notice.
* BJP leader Vijendra gupta has reported case of "Manhani" against her.
* She remains absent in the court for three hearings. Now the court has given her last notice to kindly file the answer against the complaint.
